An afternoon of horses & healing.

n the 22nd March we spent a bright and crisp afternoon delivering a talk and demonstration. Brookfield Sport Horses kindly hosted us in their indoor school and we were joined by a great audience. The talk was delivered by Charlotte Wittbom and Rupert Isaacson.

Charlotte began by talking us through the classical in hand training techniques used to prepare a strong, supple, sound and willing horse that are key in preparing our equine partners. Rupert then explained how the Horse Boy Method was developed and what it entails, and demonstrated some activities with a healthy dose of audience participation!

We have a short video of some of the session, unfortunately the sound quality meant Charlotte’s portion was unusable. This was our first-time organising an event, so many thanks to everyone, especially those of you who bought tickets. Due to Charlotte and Rupert’s generosity, we were able to raise several hundred pounds to support our work. Keep an eye on the website and our social media accounts for future dates and similar opportunities.
